1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PostFuel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

PostFuel is an AI-powered content repurposing tool. You submit content (text, URLs) and the Service generates platform-specific posts for social media and other channels using artificial intelligence.

3. Account Registration

  • You must sign in using a valid Google account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

Your content is yours. You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit to PostFuel.

AI-generated outputs are yours. You own the content generated by PostFuel from your inputs. You are free to use, publish, and modify the outputs as you wish.

By using the Service, you grant PostFuel a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (i.e., sending it to our AI provider for analysis and generation).

Your responsibility: You must have the necessary rights to any content you submit. Do not submit content that you do not have permission to use.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Outputs generated by PostFuel are created by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not meet your expectations. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. PostFuel does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, quality, or appropriateness of any AI-generated output.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • Use the Service to generate spam, hate speech, or misleading content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or access the Service through automated means
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure

7. Plans & Payments

PostFuel offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy.

  • Free plan: Limited features as described on the pricing page.
  • Paid plans: Billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from Settings.
  • Cancellation: When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.
  • Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep PostFuel available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • PostFuel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to PostFuel in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of AI-generated content.

10. Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently deletes all your data.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of PostFuel after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
