Account information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this to create and manage your account.

Content you provide

When you use PostFuel, you submit text, URLs, or other content for repurposing. We store this content to provide and improve the service.

Usage data

We automatically collect basic usage information such as pages visited, features used, and timestamps. This helps us understand how the service is used and improve it.

Cookies

We use functional cookies solely for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide the PostFuel service (analyzing and repurposing your content)
  • Process your payments
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, account notifications)
  • Improve and maintain the service
  • Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

To provide PostFuel, we share data with the following services:

  • Anthropic (Claude API) — Your submitted content is sent to Anthropic's AI for processing and generating platform-specific outputs. Anthropic processes this data in the United States.
  • Supabase — Database and authentication provider. Your account data and content are stored in Supabase servers in the United States.
  • Lemon Squeezy — Payment processor. Handles your billing information, name, and email for subscription management. We do not store your credit card details.
  • Vercel — Hosting provider for the application.
  • Cloudflare — DNS management and email routing.
  • Google — Authentication via Google OAuth.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers in the United States (Supabase). We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and follow reasonable security practices to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and content within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backups for a limited period.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and all associated data (available in Settings)
  • Export your content
  • Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account

7. Children

PostFuel is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the service. Continued use of PostFuel after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
